Exhaust Nozzles
Maintain Optimal Exhaust Velocity & Direction of Your Critical Exhaust Systems
Nozzles play a critical role in forming the exhaust plume, helping propel air to a height or distance that minimizes the risk of re-entrainment into building air intakes. Proper nozzle design can also impact acoustical performance, overall system efficiency, and may influence required stack height based on discharge velocity. Our patented Standard and Acoustical Silencer Nozzles are available for Tri-Stack Exhaust Systems, while replacement nozzles are also offered for Duo-Stack and Mono-Stack Exhaust Systems. Standard Nozzles
Our patented nozzle design features time tested Tri-Plume nozzle technology that adds entrained volume to both the interior and exterior of the plume
before exiting the wind band. This feeds extra volume to add additional momentum to the plume allowing for greater stack heights. This efficient nozzle design allows for high velocity plume dispersion.
Additionally, the nozzle design allows the motor to remain outside of the exhaust stream allowing for easier maintenance.
Acoustical Silencer Nozzle™
Our Acoustical Silencer Nozzles™ can be retrofitted onto existing Tri-Stack fans quickly and conveniently. These nozzles can attenuate up to 12dBa for quieter operation. Noise sensitive areas will benefit from this specialized nozzle. Have you had an acoustical inspection? Get in touch with our Aftermarket Services team and get started on one today.
